News Groups

Microsoft runs a public Usenet server with many newsgroups for most Microsoft products. These groups are like a large question and answer session with other users. You will find many Microsoft MVPs who are eager to help with your questions. It is highly recommended to use a news reader program like Windows Mail rather than access the groups with the web interface. You can find some tips on setting up and using newsgroups here.
