Welcome to the VistaHelp.ca forum. The forum is running phpBB2 an open source solution. There are a few rules that must be observed.

1. VistaHelp.ca reserves the right to edit, remove, or alter any posts or other information you post to the forum, your user profile, or any other area of VistaHelp.ca
2. NO SPAMMING!
   Suspected spammers will have posts removed, member profiles deleted, user name, IP, and domain banned with no warning.
3. Have fun, be polite, no flaming allowed, no profanity allowed.
4. You must register with a valid email address before you can post. You will have to register then click on the return link emailed to you to confirm your registration. Once you have registered and confirmed your email you can edit your profile to add a web site and sig. These features are disabled until you confirm your registration.
