Yes. That's the error message.

No I have not looked at device manager.

Please do. Start Orb>Control Panel>Device Manager

You will be looking for two things. First is any device which has a yellow triangle on it. Second would be any device that looks/sounds like a TV Tuner. I can't say exactly where it would be, so you'll probably have to look into every heading. Please post back exactly what you find for either of those two things.
